One of my favorite apps on my iPod Touch is NewsRack, an RSS reader that syncs with my Google Reader feeds, and allows me to post items to Facebook, Twitter, etc. It's a great app - I wish someone would invent something similar for the BlackBerry.

But they recently updated the app, and now every time I sign in, I see this message instructing me to enter my password. I've now done this 5-6 times.

So now I'll stop, and I'll find another RSS reader for my iPod Touch. When barriers to entry and switching costs are low, customers can bail on a whim. Which I am about to do.
